Rates and Payment Schedule
An agreed non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a photography session date. If no deposit has been made, your preferred session date may be booked. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the session date. The photographer reserves the right to change photography rates without notice, but the client is guaranteed a rate at the time of booking (rates won’t change if you’ve already booked a session at one price). If a photography session is cancelled, the deposit is not refundable.
Limits of Liability
MOS Photography will not be held liable for unplanned delays or cancellations due to transportation issues, inclement weather, or any other “acts of nature”. If for unforeseen reasons the photographer is no able to perform the duties agreed upon like illness, injury, family emergency, etc.), MOS Photography will make the appropriate rescheduling or refund accommodations. If in the unlikely event that photographs or files are lost or stolen, MOS Photography’s liability is limited to payment refunds.
Model Release
MOS Photography relies on clients to help promote and advertise business to possible clients. Photographs taken by MOS Photography may be used for these purposes. First, last or family names will never be used with the photographs used for advertising or promotions. The photographs will also never be used in a dark or derogatory nature. The client hereby releases MOS Photography from liability related to advertising or promotional use of photographs.
Photographs and Copyright
All photographs and copyrights are the sole property of MOS Photography. The client has permission to reproduce the photographs, but agrees to limit this use for family and friends only. Use of photographs taken by MOS Photography for business or monetary gain is considered copyright infringement.
No Warranty of Longevity/Storage
Due to electronic space, MOS Photography does not store photography sessions for more than six months. If photos from a session have not been purchased within six months of the photography session, the files are deleted. In addition, the client is solely responsible for storing and backing up/archiving photos from their session once the transaction is complete.
